剧情：
元朝末年，江湖盛传兼得倚天剑与屠龙刀者即可号令武林，整个武林为之疯狂。张无忌（苏有朋饰）的父母张翠山和殷素素无意卷入因屠龙刀而起的江湖纷争，年幼的张无忌目睹父母双亡，更被“玄冥二老”所伤，所幸被张三丰带往少林寺求得易筋经解毒，无意中还得到了一部失传已久的武功秘籍《九阳神功》，抱着打发无聊时光的念头，不料却练就神功，不仅清除了体内寒毒，还以超凡的武功在明教光明顶化解了武林纠葛，成为明教教主。然而，虽有绝世武功，兼得背后明教势力支持，张无忌的生活依旧步步荆棘，不仅如此，蒙古郡主赵敏（贾静雯饰）、青梅竹马的峨眉派美人周芷若（高圆圆饰）、表妹殷离以及少女小昭的爱慕更是使他左右为难，无法取舍……
